Welcome to Nova Elite Gymnastics! In order to serve you and your child in the best possible way, we ask that everyone observe and follow these rules and policies.

PAYMENTS & REGISTRATION

  • Nova Elite Gymnastics operates four-week payment sessions. Payments are due the first class of each session. This will guarantee your child’s space in the class.

  • You may start at any time. Your first session will be prorated accordingly depending on the week of your free tryout class.

  • There will be a 10% sibling discount on the tuition of each child after the first.

  • There is a $40 non-refundable registration fee per student ($70 per family), which is due upon enrollment. Registration renewals are due annually.

  • All fees are non-refundable.

  • Tuition is considered late after the 15th of each month and a $15.00 late fee will be assessed.

  • No discounts will be applied to late tuition payments.

AutoPay Cancellation Policy

To ensure accurate billing and allow sufficient time for processing, Nova Elite Gymnastics requires a minimum of 15 days' written notice to cancel any recurring AutoPay enrollment, including class tuition and StarPass memberships.

Cancellation Requirements

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to novaelitegym@gmail.com.

  • Verbal requests made to coaches or office staff, phone calls, text messages, social media messages, or notes sent with athletes will not be accepted as official notice.

  • The effective cancellation date will be determined based on the date the cancellation email is received.

Billing

  • AutoPay payments that have already been processed or are in the process of being generated cannot be stopped or reversed.

  • If a cancellation request is received after a billing cycle has begun, the scheduled payment may still be processed.

  • Providing notice at least 15 days before your next scheduled payment helps ensure there is adequate time to stop future billing.

Tuition

  • Tuition reserves your gymnast's spot in class through the current billing period.

  • Once a cancellation is processed, your child's enrollment will end at the conclusion of the paid period unless otherwise communicated.

StarPass Memberships

  • StarPass memberships remain active until a written cancellation request is received and processed.

  • Once canceled, all StarPass benefits will end at the conclusion of the paid membership period.

Credits & Refunds

  • AutoPay payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

  • In certain situations, Nova Elite Gymnastics may issue an account credit at its discretion. Credits have no cash value and may be applied toward future eligible programs or services.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us maintain accurate class rosters, staffing, and billing while providing the best possible experience for all of our families.

MAKEUP CLASSES

  • In case of absence, you may schedule a makeup class or attend an open gym as your makeup option through the front desk. We allow up to two makeup options per session. All makeup classes and open gym makeups must be scheduled or approved at the front desk. Makeup options must be used within 90 days of the absence.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before class time.

  • Children may be dropped off no earlier than 5 min. before class and picked up no later than 5 min. after class.

  • Parental supervision is required at all times for children who are not participating.

ATTIRE+

  • Girls can wear leggings, shorts, or any type of leotard. Footless tights are OK. Bare feet are recommended. Socks and gymnastics shoes are OK forms of footwear.

  • Please have long hair tied back. No hard balls or barrettes. No jewelry.

  • Boys can wear T-shirts and shorts with no buckles, snaps, or zippers.

  • Gum chewing, eating, or drinking (other than water) is not allowed during class. Water bottles are allowed and should be left in the blue basket next to the drinking fountain.

OBSERVATION

  • Observers are welcome at any time.

  • At all times while observing, please remain quietly in the viewing area only. Keep other siblings seated while viewing.

  • Please do not talk to your child while your child is in class.

  • We encourage parent/teacher communication. Please ask questions between classes if there is time. You may leave your number at the front desk for a coach to call you about your child’s gymnastics.

ADVANCEMENT

  • Every student should feel challenged. Students are moved during the year as they master the skills at their level. You will be notified when your child is ready for the next step. Feel free to discuss your child’s progress with his/her instructor.

  • Students are encouraged to sign up for private lessons to improve their gymnastics skills. Private lessons are $65/hour.

HOLIDAYS & WEATHER

  • We follow the Burlington-Edison school district for holiday breaks and weather closures. If BE schools are closed, we are closed.
